A common and consistent role we play that is not discussed openly or commonly is Acquisitions and Due Diligence services.By this we mean, clients engage with us to source and secure various asset classes, from development sites for design and construct buildings to existing commercial/retail assets returning appropriate yields.
Due Diligence services is whereby a client may contract to purchase a particular asset and they engage with us to research and comment on lease terms, rental rates, potential upsides, and possible solutions to any foreseen issues that may arise with the property.
