STEVEN’S experience, expertise and success as a trusted retail agent in the Gold Coast and South East Queensland property industry spans some 25 years.

Steven’s career commenced as a office manager role at Knight Frank Gold Coast where he gained experience in all aspects of running a real estate office. During his first 3 years, he was undertaking critical day-to-day duties expected of commercial and residential property managers, supporting the sales and leasing executives, generating enquiry through direct canvassing and customised marketing techniques.

He went on to work along side the directors of Knight Frank Gold Coast at the time, supporting Nicholas Brown on delivering project leasing services for major developments including The Phoenician retail and dining precinct, Chevron Renaissance shopping centre and Bel Air retail.

Steven has well refined skills, experience and market knowledge resulting in being recognised as the Gold Coast’s leading retail property consultant. Known predominantly for leasing, Steven has also been responsible for several substantial sales transactions and is regularly contacted by some of Australia’s largest companies for – positioning him as a sought after advisor on the Gold Coast.
